Activation timing varies between plans. Check whether your plan starts on purchase, installation or first use.
6. Connect at your destination
Select your travel eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for that eSIM when instructed.

How do I install my eSIM?+
Check device compatibility, connect to the internet, and follow the installation instructions supplied with your plan. Scan the QR code or use the provided installation method, then follow the on-screen prompts.
How do I add an eSIM on Android?+
The menu depends on your phone. On compatible Samsung Galaxy phones, open Settings, Connections, SIM manager and Add eSIM. Pixel and Xiaomi phones use different menu names. See the device guides below.
Do I need to remove my existing SIM?+
A travel eSIM is a digital SIM profile. Compatible devices can keep a primary SIM alongside a travel eSIM, subject to the device’s dual-SIM capabilities. Select the intended SIM for mobile data and review roaming settings for your primary line.
Which destinations are covered?+
Coverage depends on the selected plan. Check its full list of countries, data allowance and validity before purchase. Different plans can have different activation rules and included services.
What should I do when I arrive?+
Follow your plan’s activation instructions. Select the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for it if instructed. If you cannot connect, contact our English-language support team, available 24/7, before removing the eSIM.
