Set up your eSIM on Xiaomi
These steps apply to Xiaomi phones that support eSIM. Support and menu labels can differ by model, region and software version.
Add the eSIM
- Connect to the internet and have the QR code from your installation email ready.
- Open Settings, then Mobile networks or SIM cards & mobile networks.
- Enable Use eSIM and open Manage eSIM.
- Choose Add eSIM or Add mobile plan.
- Scan the supplied QR code, or enter the installation details manually if provided, then follow the prompts.
On some models, enabling eSIM disables SIM 2. Review your device’s instructions and the plan’s activation timing before making changes.
